Storytelling for the Inner Child
Therapeutic stories are such a magical way to connect with little ones, to help them to feel understood, to validate their experiences and emotions and to provide them with support, solutions and pathways to healing.
But what about the child inside of you? Is there a story they need to be told? We all have an inner child.

In this course we dive deep with journaling exercises, visualisations and small group discussions, learning how to access that part of us that may have been long forgotten. I share a framework for creating therapeutic stories, supporting you every step of the way to create the perfect healing story that your inner child needs to be told.

I provide 1:1 mentoring and consultation for budding authors. These sessions are tailored to your needs and can include writing support, guidance and idea generation, as well as proofreading, editing and feedback.
